Hack BIOS password

Many of my friends wanted to know what to do in case, if they lost their BIOS password. In this post I will be teaching you about the methods to hack the bios password of a computer.

This can be done by these methods:

• By using motherboard jumper

 Every motherboard contains a jumper that can clear all the CMOS settings along with the bios password. The location of the jumper is not actually preciselly defined. It varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. So, we suggest you to read carefully the motherboard manual to find its correct location. Most of the brands keep it near the CMOS battery. They may name it as CLR, CLEAR or CLR CMOS.

When you have located the jumper, you will find that it contains three pins, and the jumper would be joing center pin to either of the left pins.

So, what to do next?

Just remove the jumper pin and join it with the other pin, for example if the center pin was joined with the right pin then join it with the left pin and if it was joined with the left then join it with right. You are done now.

• By removing CMOS battery

Removing CMOS battery also helps in removing the BIOS password. Just open your CPU. IN the motherboard look for the silver or steel coloured battery. It would of cylindrical disk shaped not more than a mm thick. Remove it from the slot and again place it after a cuple of minutes. 

Next time you will open the system the password will be gone.

• By using software

You an use software also to remove the BIOS password. This is a effective password recovery program. Simply boot the system with the software and you can access the password in moments.
