Hack windows registry to disable notification ballon

This feature provides you with the information about your system like the availibility of current updates or installlation status of some program. But sometimes this becomes a mess and an unwanted thing. If you want to get reed of this, this post is for you.

 
  • Open the Registry Editor and go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Microsoft > Windows > CurrentVersion > Explorer > Advanced.
  • Right-click on the right pane and select New > DWORD (32-bit) Value. Name your new DWORD "EnableBalloonTips."
  • Put the base value as zero.
  • restart to exprience the change
