Its have been quite a long time people have been asking about how to hack any email ID. You guys also have been googling for the same. In this post I will tell you the exact methods that is being used by hackers to hack email account.
There are a lot of ways but in this post I will be concentrating on the five of them.- Phishing
- Keylogging
- Brute force and dictionary attack
- social engineering
- Guessing the secret questions
This is one of the most used and most usefull method. In this hacker creates a fake login page of the website he wants to hack and then he sends the link to the victim. The link is send so that victim never suspect the originality. The fake login page is the exact replica of the original page, but the main difference is that when you enter your password it never reaches the original site rather it reaches to the mail box or the online web sharing space of the hacker.
2. Keylogging:
Keylogging are the software that is used to track and save all your online data and then it is sent to the hacker either by email or is saved on the computer you use so that a hacker could retrieve it after some time.
3. Brute force and dictionary attack:
These are not common now but they were used some years ago. In brute force attack, a combination of the alphabets and numericals to find the exact pasword. In this method every possible combination of the characters are used, theoritically it is possible but as the passwords are quite huge now so it became a difficult task.
Dictionary attack is similar to the brute force in this all the dictionary words are used to look for all the possible passwords.
4. Social Engineering:
It is the method by which a hacker try to get all the possible information from the victim itself. He gather the informations in pieses and you will never suspect and will give all the information. And once he gather all the information he will use it against you.
5. Guess secret questions:
It can work if you know your friend then, you just enter your friend's user name and then click on forget password button. The enter the capatch code and enter the email address, then choose to answer the secret question but, beware you will get only three trial.
